Workmanship Warranty

• 1-Year coverage for waterline tile, deck, and plumbing for workmanship-related issues.

Structural Warranty

• Lifetime warranty on the pool shell against structural cracks that result in leaks.

• Applies exclusively to the original homeowner and is non-transferable.

Jandy Equipment Warranty – 3-Year Coverage

All Jandy equipment installed on your pool is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for three years.

Additional Equipment Notes

Transformer (300W):

• Covered for 1 year through our distributor (Horner Xpress).

• If an issue arises, Thompson Pools will coordinate with the distributor representative for eligible claims.

Common Items Not Covered Under Warranty

Low Flow / Circulation Issues

• Typically resolved by cleaning or replacing the filter cartridge (routine maintenance).

• We recommend keeping a spare Jandy CS200 cartridge on hand (available on Amazon).

Salt System Not Chlorinating

• Usually caused by water chemistry (low stabilizer/CYA or high phosphates).

• These conditions are maintenance-related and not manufacturer defects.
